We ship most items via FedEx, UPS or the US Postal Service. Your order will usually be shipped within 1-2 business days of receipt. We will notify you in the event of delay (please include your phone number or email address.)

Standard ground delivery time averages 5-10 business days (excepting special order items, which average 4-8 weeks for delivery.) During November and December, shipping times may reflect short delays due to high volumes.

We reserve the right to select the shipping method without further cost to you.

Orders are shipped as soon as possible in the order that they are received. When your order ships, you will be sent an email with the tracking number, (UPS and FedEx), or the package number (USPS Priority Mail).

Backorders do occur! Due to the specialized nature of many of our items occasionally our suppliers are delayed with their shipments to us. We try to keep as much as possible in stock at all times, and if not immediately available it is usually a short wait. You will be notified of any delays in shipping.

U.S. Shipping charges are added at check out. If you have a special request or need your package by a specific date, please let us know via the "Additional Comments" section in your shopping cart. We'll do our best to accommodate you but cannot guarantee delivery by a certain date.

Shipping Time Frames:

• Ground Rate (UPS/FedEx - No P.O. Boxes) 3-7 business days
• Rush Rate 1-2 Day - 1-2 business days
• Average delivery time frames are based upon when order is SHIPPED; NOT when order is RECEIVED
• Orders are NOT processed or shipped on weekends or holidays
• Orders are normally processed and shipped within 24-48 hours of receipt

Shipping Delays:

• During holidays, order shipping may be delayed 1-2 days.
• Due to volume of orders received over weekends, orders processed on Mondays may be delayed a day or two. 

Shipping Destinations:

Illumination Imports can ship packages within the United States including Alaska and Hawaii, plus Guam, Puerto Rico, and The U.S. Virgin Islands.

• Orders shipped outside of the Contiguous U.S. will incur an additional $12.00 shipping fee.
• Products cannot be shipped to: Canada or Internationally.

Our U.S. shipping rates:

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of the purchase for an exchange or refund of the merchandise price. After 30 days, returns will not be accepted and cannot be processed.

We will process the return/exchange after we receive the product back in brand new and resalable condition. Please email Customer Service first to arrange a return or exchange. We cannot accept returns without prior authorization.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damage claims must be made within 7 days. If you receive a damaged item, please save all packaging materials, including the shipping box, and contact the shipper for further instructions. Save all cartons and packaging material in the event of inspection of damage is made by carrier.
